Welcome to Inversly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inversly's website, AI products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Inversly provides an AI-powered platform for generating user interfaces and frontend code (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue) based on text prompts. Our Service includes:

• AI-assisted code generation and visual design editing.
• Hosting and deployment previews.
• Component libraries and design system integrations.
• Code export functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Inversly is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

Restrictions: You may not share your account credentials to circumvent seat limits or restrictions. One account is for one specific user.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Your Content (Inputs)

You retain full ownership of all text prompts, images, and specifications you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Inversly a license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI-Generated Output (Commercial License)

Platform IP

Inversly retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying software, visual editor, AI algorithms, and website infrastructure.

4. AI Disclaimer & Limitations

"As Is" Generation: The Service uses probabilistic Artificial Intelligence. We do not guarantee that the generated code will be:

• Error-free or bug-free.
• Secure or free from vulnerabilities.
• Completely unique (similar prompts may yield similar results).

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing, testing, debugging, and securing any code generated by Inversly before deploying it to a production environment. Inversly is a productivity tool, not a substitute for a human developer.

5. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

• Merchant of Record: Payment processing and tax compliance are handled by our reseller, Polar.sh.
• AI Credits: Subscriptions include a monthly allocation of AI Tokens. These credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not rollover.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Polar Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds for unused tokens or partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, viruses, or phishing sites.
• Generate sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Inversly platform.
• Scrape or use automated systems to access the Service without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inversly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

In no event shall Inversly's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Inversly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
